1. Pre-Start Inspection
- Fluid Check: Ensure the engine oil, hydraulic oil, and coolant levels are within the specified range (reference values: the engine oil level should be between the upper and lower limits of the dipstick, and the coolant level should be approximately 2-3 cm from the radiator opening).
- Tire Pressure: Adjust the pressure according to the type of operation (recommended 1.2-1.5 bar for dry land operations and 0.8-1.0 bar for paddy field operations).
- Battery Charge: The voltage should be maintained above 12.6V (no less than 9.6V during a cold start).
2. Driving Procedures
- When starting, depress the clutch and shift into neutral before starting the ignition. Before starting, observe the surroundings and release the clutch slowly.
- Shift gears step by step and avoid sharp turns at high speeds (recommended turning radius: no less than 4 meters).
- When operating on slopes, maintain a low speed (recommended low gear for slopes exceeding 15°) and avoid sideways driving to prevent rollover.
3. Attaching and Using Agricultural Implements
- When attaching a plow or seed drill, align the three-point hitch, tighten the pins, and check the hydraulic lines for leaks.
- During operation, adjust the tillage depth according to soil resistance (generally, a plowing depth of 15-25 cm is recommended) to avoid overloading.
