As a professional China tractor factory and manufacturer, Shandong Jiayuan Agricultural Equipment Co., Ltd. launched its operations in 2006-ranking among the earliest Chinese enterprises dedicated to the production of front drive axles for 4WD tractors. Our front drive axles quickly secured a solid position in the industry, driven by their high performance, consistent quality, and rapid product updates. Over the years, we have established cooperative relationships with more than 50 tractor manufacturers across China, including YTO Group, a leading enterprise in the domestic tractor sector.
We have long prioritized the development of production infrastructure. Through gradual efforts, we built a complete in-house production process encompassing casting, gear forging, gear machining, machine body processing, and independent assembly. In 2016, we extended our business to full tractor manufacturing; starting from 2021, we shifted focus to independent research and development of new-type tractors, aiming to address gaps in the existing market. To date, our self-developed tractors have earned broad recognition from users around the world.
Our Factory
As an integrated China tractor manufacturer with both R&D and production capabilities, we are equipped with a provincial-level product R&D center, along with specialized workshops for casting, gear production, CNC precision machining, riveting and welding, and final product assembly. Our self-manufacturing rate exceeds 80%, which ensures full control over core production links and reduces reliance on external suppliers.
To maintain stable product quality, we have invested in advanced testing equipment, such as Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and gear detectors, and established a comprehensive quality inspection room. Every component undergoes strict inspection throughout the production process, effectively safeguarding product reliability. Additionally, we attach great importance to market research: upon identifying shortcomings in current market products, we promptly develop optimization solutions and launch improved models to meet the evolving demands of users.

Our equipment lineup includes vertical casting production lines, lost foam casting production lines, box annealing furnaces, gear blank forging equipment, gear machining tools, machining centers, gantry machining centers, and laser cutting machines. This full-spectrum equipment coverage spans from raw material processing to finished product assembly, enabling us to fulfill orders of varying scales and accommodate customized tractor requirements from clients.
