1. Raw Material Preparation

Tractor production begins with the preparation of various raw materials, such as fuel, lubricants, hydraulic fluid, tires, and steel. These raw materials are delivered to the factory and stored in a warehouse for use.

2. Welding

During the welding process, workers join and weld pre-processed steel sheets, a crucial step in the tractor production line. These welded steel sheets are then used to construct the tractor frame.

3. Painting

The painting process is essential for aesthetics and corrosion protection. During this stage, the tractor frame and exterior are sprayed with paint to enhance durability.

4. Assembly

During the assembly process, the tractor's engine, tires, cab, and other components are gradually installed on the frame and connected via the hydraulic system.

5. Performance Testing and Commissioning

After the tractor is assembled, performance testing and commissioning are performed. The engine, transmission, brake system, hydraulic system, and electrical system are tested and commissioned to ensure that the tractor's performance meets design requirements.
