1. Safety Warnings
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or operating while fatigued is strictly prohibited. A 15-minute break is required after every two hours of continuous operation.
- Reset the hydraulic handle before shutting off the engine to prevent the hydraulic oil line from bursting.
2. Daily Maintenance
- Replace the oil filter (refer to SAE 15W-40 standard) every 50 hours and clean the air filter seasonally.
- When parked for long periods, drain the fuel tank and keep the tires elevated to prevent deformation.
3. Emergency Troubleshooting
- If the engine overheats, stop the engine immediately and check the cooling system (operation should be suspended if the water temperature exceeds 95°C).
- If the hydraulic system fails, first check the oil pump pressure (normal value is 16-20 MPa).
